NSA 4-97 2nd Test Flight Successful

The test was a great success,all systems functioned as expected and it seems that the Goliath can handle such heavy payloads with ease. The only flaw we discovered is that the third stage's engine appears to be a bit too weak to effectively move such heavy weight,meaning that more fuel is needed for orbital operations.

The 3rd test flight will incorporate the first test of the new command capsule & its service module.
